Worldwide Finishing & Supply Current Principals: 

Chris Meid
Chris brings over 33 years of experience in the Porcelain Enamel and Paint Finishing industry and studied Engineering at Georgia Tech University. Chris has worked as a lab technician at Ferro Corporation in the Pigments Group and was a co-owner of WJ Meid & Associates where he designed, manufactured, and installed ceramic and porcelain enamel equipment. He has managed and supervised the installation, implementation and service of systems throughout the product finishing industry.

Jim “JP” Polizzi
Jim is a graduate of the University of Illinois and brings 28 years of experience in the Porcelain Enamel and Paint Finishing industry. Before joining Worldwide Finishing & Supply, Jim amassed a wide range of knowledge and experience in parts, supplies and service throughout the product finishing industry.

Robert “Bob” Herrick
Bob is a US Army Veteran with 38 years of experience in the Porcelain Enamel and Paint Finishing industry. Bob has lead the design of product finishing equipment and supervised the implementation and start-up of product finishing equipment for many global customers.

Federico “Fred” Salazar
With 54 years of experience in the Porcelain Enamel and Paint Finishing industry, Fred is a Member of the American Ceramic Society and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Fred has led the design and implementation on many turnkey installations for various manufacturers in the product finishing industry.

Mike Horton
Mike had over 50 years of experience in the Porcelain Enamel and Paint Finishing industry and held a degree in Ceramic Engineering from Clemson University. He supervised the specialty and catalytic coating lab for Ferro Corporation and served as a Manager/Chief Process Engineer for Maytag Appliances (now Whirlpool). In addition to leading the design and implementation of many turnkey installations, Mike also worked for Ferro Corporation, Vulcan Engineering, and other equipment suppliers to the product finishing industry. He was a genuinely great guy and was always willing to share his vast knowledge. Mike served as WFS President until his passing in July of 2022.
